Winter card

Hi everyone!

For this weeks SomeOddGirl card I've chosen the new and the so very cute Yeti.

The card layout is really simple with a circle die-cut in the front with the image peeping thru. The text is a stamp from Hänglar & Wings.

Inside  the card I've created a landscape with design paper and a die-cut from Lawn Fawn. The sky is all Tim Holtz, a stencil and som Oxides.

Halloween Hop: Trick or Treat with the Odd Girls

Ding Dong!

Welcome to our annual Trick or Treat with the Odd Girls! Our hop is full of spooktacular Trick and Treats. Don't worry, our tricks won't be too scary. And just like trick or treating for candy, you don't want to skip any house, or blogs in this case. Every stop along the way will have (crafty) tricks for you but you won't get the treats unless you are a good trick or treater and stop at every house and leave your comment.

Longing for Christmas? Well, after this you may reconsider. It turns out that all of Santa Claus elfs not are so cute and adorable at we thought! "You better watch out…"

Anyway so did this mini Elf end up in my Art Journal. I colored him up with my Polychromos and then created a snowy landscape for him with dies from Lawn Fawn and gesso, and a darkening sky with Distress Oxides. The trees are also diecuts, from Nellie's Choice. They are also inked up with Oxides, just like the bloody trail our bad elf is leaving behind. I wish you all a Happy Halloween!

Some Odd Girl

Time flies! Alltid, och fort går det. Nu har snart 5 av mina 6 månader som en Odd Girl passerat. Jag som inte ens gör kort, jag är ju en scrappare. Nu har jag i alla fall överbevisat mig själv för de senaste månaderna har jag färglagt en mängd stämplar och gjort massor av kort. Så jag är en kortmakare. Också. Men ingen bloggare 😂
